From £200 for a 30-minute

Home visits are suitable for:
Older or housebound patients
with new symptoms Chest infections, sore
throats, UTIs and similar non-emergency problemsExacerbations of long-term
conditions (e.g. COPD, heart failure) that do not yet require hospital careMedication reviews when it is
difficult to attend clinicWound and tissue viability
reviews (with tissue viability nurse input where arranged)Paediatric visits where
parents prefer a home assessment (for non-emergency issues)Where appropriate, we can offer:
Home blood testsWound care and dressing
changes, particularly for frail or housebound patientsMedical reports and
letters (e.g. fit notes, supporting letters)We cover:
Central Reading, Shinfield, Lower Earley, Woodley, Tilehurst, Calcot, Pangbourne, Wokingham and nearby areas.
